Exchange and return rights

We want you to be truly happy with your Nordelle choices. If the product doesn't fit, you have the option to return it and purchase a new one if you wish.

Right of return

Products purchased from the Nordelle online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods (except for special cases listed below).

To exercise the right of return, the product must be:

unused

clean and healthy

in original packaging

all labels and tags must be attached

We will respond with instructions on where and how to return the product.

There is no exchange of products.

Nordelle does not offer a direct product exchange option.

If you want a different size, color or product, please do this:

Return the original product according to the instructions.

Place a new order for the new product you want.

This ensures a faster process and accurate inventory accounting.

How to return?

Contact us and:

Add:

order number

Returned product/products

Pack the product carefully:

We recommend using the original packaging.

Return to parcel machine:

We will send you either a separate code for the return or information about which service provider the return will be made through.

(In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the return cost — we will always let you know.)

Exceptions to the right of return

Cannot be returned:

-hygiene products whose packaging has been opened

-customized or personalized products

-products with obvious signs of use, damage, odors or missing labels

If the value of the product has decreased due to use/testing, we have the right to make a corresponding deduction from the refund amount.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected by us, we will issue a refund:

-the same payment method used to make the purchase

-generally within 14 days

-if necessary, we can wait for the goods to arrive before issuing a refund

-If the value of the product has decreased due to damage or missing accessories, we may make a proportional reduction.

Defective or incorrect product

If you have received:

-wrong product

-defective product

-goods damaged in transport

-clear photos of the problem

We always find a solution – either replace the product or refund the money, depending on the situation.
