2. Validity of the Terms

2.1. The terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made in the Nordelle online store.

2.2. The sales contract is concluded between the customer and Lastekas OÜ from the moment of confirmation of the order and payment.

2.3. Nordelle reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions that were in force at the time of placing the order apply to the order.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are given in euros.

3.2. Prices do not include VAT (Lastekas OÜ is not subject to VAT).

3.3. Delivery prices are added to the purchase amount and are displayed when placing an order.

3.4. Allowed payment methods (including bank links, card payments, etc.) are displayed at the checkout.

3.5. The order is considered confirmed after payment has been made and an order confirmation email has been sent.

3.6. In the event of obvious technical errors (price, description), Lastekas OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order before the goods are delivered.

4. Product information and availability

4.1. We try to describe all products as accurately as possible.

4.2. Color tones may vary due to screen settings.

4.3. Stock availability and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

4.4. If the product is not available, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative.

5. Delivery

Nordelle uses both Estonian suppliers and international partners (dropshipping).

5.1. Delivery methods

  • Omniva parcel terminal
  • Itella/Smartpost parcel terminal
  • DPD parcel terminal
  • Courier services (if necessary)

Delivery methods and the exact price list are displayed at checkout.

5.2. Delivery times

International deliveries / Dropshipping

  • average delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • sometimes the product may arrive faster

Products from Estonian suppliers

  • delivery time: 3–5 working days

If a specific product arrives faster or slower, it will be clearly stated in the product description .

Products coming from multiple warehouses/suppliers

The order may arrive in several separate packages .

5.3. Delivery delay

If the delivery is significantly delayed (e.g. due to inventory, logistics or customs), Nordelle will contact the customer and offer a solution:

  • to wait
  • choose another product
  • cancel the order and get a refund

6. Right of return (14 days)

6.1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2. To return, please send an e-mail to info@nordelle.ee .

6.3. The returned product must be:

  • unused
  • clean and healthy
  • in original packaging
  • with labels and additional details

    6.4. The return shipping cost of €4.95 will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.

    6.5. The return cost will not be deducted if the return is due to Nordelle's error (wrong product, defect, damage).

7. No exchange will take place

Nordelle does not offer a direct switching service.

If you want a different size, color or model:

  1. return the original product
  2. place a new order for the desired product

8. Return of large items

To return large or heavy items (e.g. furniture), you must first contact customer service:

info@nordelle.ee

We will provide more detailed instructions for returning the goods and, if necessary, arrange separate transport.

9. Refund

Refunds are made as follows:

  • we will make the refund within 14 days from the date the returned goods arrive at our warehouse;
  • we will refund the amount to the same payment method used to pay for the purchase;

  • The return fee of €4.95 will be deducted from the refund;
  • If the returned product has been used, damaged or has decreased in value, Lastekas OÜ has the right to make a proportional deduction.

10. Defective and incorrect products

10.1. If the product is defective, incorrect or damaged during transport, please notify us as soon as possible.

10.2. Send an email:

  • order number

  • product name

  • clear photos of the problem

    to the address: info@nordelle.ee

10.3. Let's resolve the situation:

  • we will replace the product, or
  • we will refund the money

11. Responsibility

11.1. Lastekas OÜ is only liable for direct damage resulting from intentional or gross negligence.

11.2. Indirect damages (e.g. loss of income) will not be compensated.

11.3. Technical errors (prices, descriptions, availability) may occur and will be corrected as soon as possible.

12. Copyright

All texts, photos, graphics and other content of the Nordelle e-shop belong to Lastekas OÜ or are used under license.

Copying, distributing or commercial use of content without permission is prohibited.

13. Privacy and processing of personal data

13.1. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Estonian laws.

13.2. The data will only be used to fulfill the order, for customer communication and to fulfill legal obligations.

13.3. More detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy (I can also prepare it if requested).

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. All disputes will be resolved primarily by contacting customer service.

14.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be subject to Estonian law.

14.3. The customer may also contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority.
