Do not pull out the excess thread, but cut it with scissors. In case of stains, act immediately. Remove the stain with absorbent paper and then use a sponge or a clean cloth slightly moistened with water and a little neutral pH soap. You can also sprinkle Sommières soil, which has a good stain remover, and let it work before vacuuming. The mat cannot be machine washed.
