Berber carpets are made by women from Berber tribes. The main raw material for these carpets is the wool of a very specific sheep. A breed characterized by its small size and durability. Carpet making requires great know-how passed down from generation to generation and a lot of patience.

Caring for your Berber carpet starts with how you clean it. You need to vacuum your carpet regularly and as gently as possible. It is best to use a soft-tipped attachment to avoid damaging the carpet. If a stain develops, you can use baking soda before vacuuming again.

Our custom-made rugs are made using an artisanal method: each knot is woven by hand, one by one. Once the weaving is complete, the rug is washed and then left to dry outdoors in Morocco's mild, dry climate. This process takes time, but ensures a high-quality product that is made with respect for tradition.
